Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Manager, Workday Enterprise Architecture & Integrations to steer the Workday ecosystem and related HR platforms.

This hands-on leader defines enterprise integration strategy, architecture standards, data integrity, and scalable solutions in partnership with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors. The role requires deep expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, API integration, and security governance, with a focus on delivering reliable, compliant HR

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise HR technology environments.
• 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• 5+ years of Workday architecture and integration leadership experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership, vendor management, or consulting leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the long-term Workday and HR technology architecture roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Establish architecture standards, integration frameworks, design principles, and governance processes.
• Own end-to-end architecture, design, deployment, and support for Workday integrations; lead reviews and RCAs.
• Lead integration architecture across middleware and enterprise platforms with API-first patterns.
• Provide architecture leadership for Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and more.
• Establish security, data governance, privacy, and access-control standards for HR data.
• Mentor analysts, developers, and vendors; manage workload, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement.
• Drive release management, testing, deployment, change control, and DevOps practices.
