Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings is hiring a Manager for Workday Enterprise Architecture & Integrations. You will guide the design, governance, delivery, and optimization of the Workday ecosystem and related HR platforms.

You will lead architecture standards, integration patterns, and security practices while partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience leading Workday architecture and integrations.
• Proven enterprise HR technology leadership and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain long-term Workday architecture roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end Workday integrations and reviews.
• Establish security, data governance, and integration standards.
• Mentor analysts, developers, and vendors; manage projects and SLAs.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Compliance and external vendors.
