Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Workday Technical Analyst to design, develop, test, deploy, and support secure, scalable Workday solutions. You will own integrations, reporting, security, data conversion, and Core HCM while partnering across HR, IT, and finance in a large global environment.

The role requires translating business needs into technical designs, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring data accuracy across Workday and connected systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of Workday or HRIS/IT technical experience supporting integrations, reporting, security, data conversion, or related capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Workday technologies (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, RaaS, WWS, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, SFTP).
• Experience with Workday reports and calculated fields; Excel data analysis; SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical SME for Workday HCM integrations, reporting, security, and data conversion.
• Design, build, configure, and maintain integrations using EIB.
• Support integrations across Core Connectors, Workday Studio, RaaS, WWS, APIs, and secure file transfer.
• Create and maintain technical design docs, data mappings, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Plan and execute unit, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; manage defects.
