Hollstadt Consulting, located in Saint Paul, is looking for a Training Developer for a project transitioning to a new ERP system, Workday. The selected candidate will develop training materials, coordinate training programs, and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

With a hybrid work model, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably involving Workday. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.

Formación

• B.S. or B.A. degree (4 year) or Associates degree plus 5 years experience.
• 5+ years experience in a Training Developer role, preferably for Workday.
• Experience in establishing trust in a virtual environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop training materials and coordinate the training program.
• Monitor progress, track time, and report status.
• Partner with teams to design assessment tools for training effectiveness.

Ability to establish stakeholder trust

Knowledge of change management best practices

Analytical and strategic thinking

Proficient in MS Office suite
