Job summary

Saint Francis is seeking an experienced Workday specialist to design, configure, test, and support HCM applications. You will own training materials and ensure end-user adoption across core HCM modules while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities include configuring Workday, building reports, validating changes, and deploying feature releases. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with preference for prior Workday experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, optimize Workday HCM functionality, including tenant setup, security, and system features.
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot calculated fields and validation rules for complex requirements.
• Own Workday training and knowledge documentation with user guides and job aids.
• Build, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Evaluate, test, and deploy Workday feature releases and new functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
