Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Workday Talent Management Program Manager to lead strategy, design, and execution of enterprise talent programs enabled through Workday in our California operations.

You will partner with HR and cross-functional leaders to define scope, governance, and success metrics, driving adoption of talent practices and process improvements using Workday analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum five years of relevant work experience with increasing management responsibility.
• Initial and periodic trainings completed.
• Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end strategy, design, configuration, and governance of Workday Talent modules.
• Partners with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to define scope and success metrics.
• Drives structured program and project management, including governance, timelines, and risk management.
• Leads change management and adoption to embed talent practices into leader behaviors and Workday usage.
• Identifies risks, gaps, and inefficiencies in Workday Talent processes and implements solutions.
• Monitors program effectiveness using Workday data, dashboards, and feedback to drive improvements.
