Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Workday Talent Management Program Manager to lead strategy, design, and execution of enterprise talent programs enabled through Workday in our California operations.
You will partner with HR and cross-functional leaders to define scope, governance, and success metrics, driving adoption of talent practices and process improvements using Workday analytics.
The Workday Talent Management Program Manager leads the strategy, design, and execution of enterprise talent programs enabled through Workday, driving alignment with business priorities. This role manages end-to-end program delivery, partners with stakeholders, and uses data and change management to ensure effective adoption.

Pay Range: M2: $112,500 - $158,000 / Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
