Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Program Manager in California to design, implement, and administer comprehensive employee benefits. You will work with vendors and internal teams to ensure compliant, cost-effective programs aligned with our goals and values.

The role emphasizes managing benefits across health, retirement, wellness, and related programs, with a focus on data-driven optimization, mergers/acquisitions support, and partnership with payroll/HRIS/finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of HR and benefits experience with increasing management responsibility.
• Initial and periodic trainings completed; Food Handler's Card within 30 days.

Responsabilités

• Designs, manages, and evaluates employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, wellness).
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA).
• Analyzes benefit utilization and costs; presents data-driven recommendations.
