Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of HR and benefits experience with increasing management responsibility.
• Initial and periodic trainings completed; Food Handler's Card within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Designs, manages, and evaluates employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, wellness).
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA).
• Analyzes benefit utilization and costs; presents data-driven recommendations.
