Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. in Rosemead, CA seeks an Operations/HR Project Manager to lead planning and execution of HR and enterprise-wide initiatives, aligning with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

You will manage cross-functional projects, coach a team of HR Decentralized Learning professionals, and drive measurable improvements across operations. You'll collaborate with Operations, Support Center partners, and SMEs, utilizing Monday.com and other PM tools to deliver high‑quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of training, HR or restaurant operation experience with increasing project management responsibility.
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects supporting Field Operations, Support Center, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Develops and executes project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets.
• Leads HR Decentralized Learning team; coaches associates to elevate their performance and supports staffing.
• Uses project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) to organize workflows, track milestones, and communicate status.
• Supports Decentralized Learning training programs; partners with leadership to diagnose needs and build capability.
• Champions continuous improvement with post-project reviews, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing.
• Delivers executive briefings, project updates, and leadership presentations with progress, risks, and impact.
