Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, security architecture, and Business Process Framework for Workday at Vercel.
• Partner with integration engineers to design business processes and security configurations for transactions via Slack and internal apps.
• Establish role-based security, segregation of duties, change management, and audit controls for SOX and SOC 2 readiness.
• Configure and optimize Workday business processes for core People operations, equity, commissions, one-time payments, and clawbacks.
• Set standards for data governance, reporting architecture, and data quality to keep Workday as the source of truth.
• Own release management, regression testing, and configuration change control; work with auditors on evidence and remediation.
