Vercel is modernizing its People Operations by building and integrating internal, Vercel-powered tools that replace legacy busywork with fast, modern, composable HR tech. You will own and evolve core Workday integrations, partnering with People Ops, Finance, IT, and Engineering to ensure reliable, secure systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience building and maintaining Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and/or APIs.
• Experience with generative AI and agentic coding platforms.
• Strong ability to translate technical integration details into business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate Vercel-powered internal People tools and headless HR tech components.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, APIs).
• Collaborate with People Ops, Finance, IT, and Engineering to translate requirements into reliable integration solutions.
• Understand hire-to-retire, compensation, benefits, and org management processes to inform integration design.
• Monitor integration health, diagnose failures, and implement fixes with stakeholders.
• Document integration logic, field mappings, and processes for cross-team visibility.
• Support testing, security, and change-management practices for scalable HR systems.
