Job summary

Vercel is seeking a People Operations integrations engineer in New York, reporting to the Director of People Operations, Infrastructure & Services. You will build and maintain Workday integrations and internal tools to streamline HR processes.

You’ll collaborate with People, Finance, IT and Engineering to ensure secure, scalable data flows and implement headless HR tech. 4+ years in Workday integration development using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, or APIs are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and/or APIs).
• Experience with XML/XSLT and Workday security configuration is a plus.
• Strong communication skills translating technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate Vercel-powered internal People tools that define how the team works.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations that support HR and Finance workflows.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Finance, IT, and Engineering to translate requirements into reliable integration solutions.
• Document integration logic, field mappings, and processes for cross-team visibility.
