Simmons Bank is seeking a Workday Financial Systems Administrator to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Workday modules and features. You will analyze requirements, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and support ongoing security and reporting needs.

The Workday Financial Systems Administrator provides technical expertise necessary in the configuration, troubleshooting, and use of Workday. This position will be responsible for analyzing and configuring new features and modules to determine their feasibility in integrating with current products and infrastructure. The Workday Financial Systems Administrator works directly with various internal teams and vendors, to determine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and test solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, researcher, solves complex problems, works on multiple projects simultaneously, and is willing to learn new skillsets to assist the team. You can work independently or with a group, depending on the business requirements and complexity.
