Job summary

Lubrizol Corporation seeks a Workday Systems Analyst to drive HR technology transformation, focusing on Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation. You will partner with HR, IT, Finance, and plant leadership to deliver scalable Workday solutions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday HCM, translate requirements into scalable configurations, and provide consultative support to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3–5 years Workday configuration experience.
• Experience supporting Workday in an enterprise ecosystem and troubleshooting cross-platform issues.
• Knowledge of Workday processes, security, validations, and configuration best practices.
• Ability to analyze requirements and provide consultative guidance to end users.
• Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Cloud Connect, Studio).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; attention to data governance and testing.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday HCM solutions focused on Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and rules.
• Provide consultative support to HR and stakeholders on system solutions.
• Investigate and resolve production issues with Workday Support, partners, and vendors.
• Collaborate with integration teams to troubleshoot EIB, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio issues.
• Align Workday data and configurations with SAP S/4HANA structures and mappings.
• Support testing, release readiness, and functional validation for Workday updates.
• Maintain configuration decisions, job aids, and data governance standards.
