Job summary

Lubrizol Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway company, seeks a Workday Systems Analyst to lead HR technology enhancements focused on Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation across a manufacturing setting.

You will partner with HR, IT, Finance, and plant leadership to implement scalable Workday solutions and ensure smooth integrations with ERP systems. A strong analytical mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3-5 years of Workday configuration experience with demonstrated expertise in Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation.
• Experience supporting Workday within an enterprise ecosystem and troubleshooting cross-platform functional issues.
• Knowledge of Workday business processes, security, validations, condition rules, notifications, and configuration best practices.
• Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems, and provide consultative guidance to end users and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Workday integrations, including EIBs, Cloud Connects, or Workday Studio integrations.
• Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of data governance, testing methodologies, and release management practices.

Responsibilities

• As Workday Systems Analyst, drive HR technology enhancements across Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and plant leadership to deliver scalable Workday solutions for a manufacturing environment.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and validations.
• Provide consultative support to HR and business stakeholders to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve production issues with Workday Support and vendors.
• Collaborate with integration teams on EIB, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio issues.
• Align Workday data with SAP S/4HANA structures and financial mappings.
• Support regression testing, UAT, release readiness, and functional validation.
