Job summary

The Lubrizol Corporation in Deer Park, TX, seeks a Workday Systems Analyst to lead HR technology transformations across Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation. You will partner with HR, IT and Finance to deliver scalable Workday solutions in a manufacturing environment, translate business requirements, and support testing and release readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required
3–5 years of Workday configuration experience
Experience supporting Workday in an enterprise ecosystem
Knowledge of Workday processes, security, and configurations
Experience with Workday integrations (EIB/Cloud Connect/Workday Studio)

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday HCM with focus on Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence, and Compensation.
Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and processes.
Provide consultative support to HR and stakeholders for efficient solutions.
Investigate and resolve production issues with Workday and partners.
Collaborate with integration teams on EIB, Cloud Connect, and upstream/downstream systems.
Align Workday configurations with SAP S/4HANA mappings where applicable.
Support testing, release readiness, and functional validation for Workday updates.
Maintain documentation and data governance standards.
