Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Workday modules, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the business and the technical teams.
• Analyze current business processes and workflows related to HR, payroll, finance.
• Configure and maintain Workday modules, including core HR and payroll.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform decision-making.
