Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a Workday Systems Analyst to support the USPS-OIG contract in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on operating and improving the Workday tenant, providing first-line support, maintaining configuration and data accuracy, and driving stable operations post-implementation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Workday or ERP experience, strong reporting skills, and familiarity with EIB, XML, XSLT, Studio, Prism, and Web Services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Talent Optimization, and Learning modules in a production environment.
• Working knowledge of Workday business process, supervisory organization and security groups
• Ability to build and modify Workday reports and calculated fields
• Experience in resolving helpdesk or ticketed support requests within defined service level agreement
• Experience testing system changes and following formal change control
• Proficient in EIB, XML, XSLT, Studio, Prism, & Web Services

Responsabilités

• Support the Workday Administrator in operating, maintaining and improving the Workday tenant after go-live.
• Serve as first line functional and technical support, ensuring configuration and data accuracy.
• Assist in moving from implementation to stable operations and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on workday enhancements and issue resolution.
• Participate in release management for major Workday updates.
