Job Summary (Workday Systems Analyst – Remote)

• Lead data migration efforts from PeopleSoft to Workday systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and resolve conversion issues.
• Ensure seamless integration with Workday HCM and Financial modules.
• Develop and execute data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance data.
• Optimize SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts to improve migration efficiency.
• Map and reconcile PeopleSoft data fields with Workday equivalents, resolving inconsistencies.
• Implement ETL tools and validate data accuracy after migration.
• Work closely with functional teams and Workday consultants for a smooth transition.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation for all data conversion processes and procedures.
• Support identity management practices across various teams.
• Position requires Oracle PeopleSoft Certification and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in relevant roles.
