What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as a liaison between business and technology groups to identify complex systems requirements
• Analyze data to recommend business systems solutions and enhancements
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders, including senior management, to present findings and influence decisions
• Create business requirements and evaluate technical solutions by collaborating with end users and project teams
• Facilitate training related to assigned projects and manage project communications
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities
• Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and/or Data Analytics/Data Warehouses
• Experience implementing Financial ERP Systems, particularly Workday Finance
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to document business processes

• Familiarity with LEAN methodology for process improvement
