Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a Workday Adaptive Systems Analyst for their remote location.
Responsibilities:
- Modeling in Adaptive Planning
- Implementer experience on Adaptive Workforce Planning
- Ensuring Adaptive models align with FP&A requirements
- Connecting Adaptive with SAP BW and other financial systems
- Managing large datasets and ensuring real-time sync between Adaptive & external systems
- Ensuring Adaptive data is correctly reflected in ESA tool
- Designing workforce planning models for headcount, fulfillment & gaps, supply vs demand, and scenario analysis
- Implementing custom calculations, assumptions, and business rules
- Data integration, transformation, and validation for accurate reporting
- Performance optimization by reducing formula complexity and optimizing data structures
- Automating workflows for forecast submission & approval processes
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements, conduct gap analysis, and recommend solutions and workflows
- Serving as a subject matter expert for workforce planning processes such as Headcount & Cost Planning, Resource & Capacity Planning, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Talent Planning
- Collaborating with Skills, Reporting, and business end-users to implement and optimize Workday functionalities
- Creating and maintaining product documentation, user guides, job aids, and training materials
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing insights and recommendations
- Managing integrations with other planning systems like Workday Prism Analytics, Tableau, Core HCM, and Enterprise Skill Assessment tools
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and managing Adaptive Planning workforce planning modules within Workday
- Experience in planning, designing, configuring, and testing solutions in Workday Adaptive Planning aligned with workforce strategies
- Supporting analysis and troubleshooting of design, configurations, processes, integrations, and data
- Strong skills in designing complex models, dashboards, reporting, administration, and integrations, especially in HR and Strategic Workforce Planning
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and record tasks accurately
- Familiarity with Technology Development Life Cycle (TDLC), Agile frameworks, and tools like Rally
- Experience creating test scenarios and cases
