Freeman Health System is seeking a Workday Supply Chain Manager to lead functional support for Workday SCM, including procurement, inventory, and supplier management. You will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Clinical Operations, IT, and vendors to ensure a compliant, well-governed platform aligned with patient care and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of progressive experience supporting ERP, supply chain, procurement, inventory, or related enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise application configuration, testing, release management, incident management, and change control.
• Working knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations, including clinical and nonclinical purchasing, inventory, receiving, supplier, and contract workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day functional support and administration of Workday Supply Chain Management across procurement, sourcing, suppliers, contracts, inventory, purchasing, receiving, and related processes.
• Coach, develop, and manage application analysts and support partners; establish priorities, service expectations, escalation paths, and performance measures.
• Serve as liaison among Supply Chain, Finance, Clinical Operations, IT, and external partners; manage incidents, requests, defects, and root-cause analysis.
