Grady Health System in Atlanta seeks a Workday Applications Manager for Finance & Supply Chain to oversee platform strategy, governance, configuration, integrations, and support across finance, supply chain, and planning. This role bridges business and technology to align Workday with operational goals.

Lead governance, requirements analysis, and daily support, guiding cross-functional teams while ensuring data integrity and scalable solutions in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science, or related field.
• Five (5) years of Workday Finance and Supply Chain experience and training in a healthcare environment.
• Three (3) years of Project Management experience.
• Experience with implementation and management of enterprise Finance and Supply Chain.
• Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow up and resolution.
• Ability to motivate and set direction for a team.
• Demonstrate integrity, discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and roadmaps for Workday Finance, SCM, and Planning modules.
• Gather requirements and design solutions aligning Workday with business goals.
• Oversee daily Workday support, incidents, and stakeholder contact.
• Support integrations and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Lead teams and communicate complex topics to all levels.
• Maintain deep functional knowledge of finance and supply chain processes.
