Freeman Health System seeks a Workday Supply Chain Manager to lead functional support for Workday SCM, covering procurement, sourcing, inventory, and related processes. You will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure compliant, well-governed operations aligned with patient care priorities.

The role requires a degree in information systems or related field and experience managing ERP configurations, testing, and incident management in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, supply chain management, business, healthcare administration, finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day functional support and administration of Workday SCM across procurement, sourcing, contracts, inventory, and related processes.
• Coach and develop analysts; set priorities, SLAs, and performance measures.
• Liaise among Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Accounts Payable, Compliance, and external partners.
• Triage incidents, requests, defects, and issues; drive root-cause analysis.
• Maintain a roadmap aligned with strategy, efficiency, patient-care continuity, and business value.
• Lead configurations, testing, deployments, and change-control for Workday releases.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing for integrations with ERP, inventory, and data systems.
