  • Coordinate end-to-end testing for integrations with ERP, clinical, inventory, procurement, payment, data warehouse, identity, and third-party supplier systems.
  • Ensure accurate item, supplier, contract, location, cost-center, and inventory data through governance, stewardship, validation, and remediation processes.
  • Support healthcare supply continuity by monitoring critical workflows, inventory dependencies, downtime procedures, and high-priority operational risks.
  • Partner with Cybersecurity, Privacy, Internal Audit, and Compliance to maintain role-based access, segregation of duties, audit evidence, and appropriate controls.
  • Develop support documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, training materials, and communications for end users and support teams.
  • Track and report service levels, backlog, incident trends, release outcomes, adoption, control performance, and benefits realization to leadership.
  • Manage vendor relationships, statements of work, support commitments, and escalations as assigned.
Requirements

  • Ability to translate operational requirements into sustainable system designs, support processes, controls, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience managing competing priorities and high‑impact issues in a complex, highly available operating environment.
Preferred Requirements
  • Direct experience supporting Workday Supply Chain Management, Workday Financial Management, or closely related Workday functionality.
  • Experience in a multi-hospital health system, integrated delivery network, academic medical center, or similarly complex healthcare organization.
  • Knowledge of Workday security, business processes, reporting, data conversion, integrations, and release methodology.
  • Experience with healthcare item‑master governance, EDI, punchout catalogs, electronic invoicing, barcode technologies, distribution, or inventory automation.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory, audit, privacy, cybersecurity, and financial‑control requirements.
  • Workday certification or relevant credentials in supply chain, project management, IT service management, or process improvement.
