Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a Workday Program Director to lead enterprise strategy, governance, and long-term value realization of the Workday platform across HCM, Finance, and operations.

You will coordinate executive sponsors, clinical and operational leaders, and partners to ensure patient-care alignment, workforce effectiveness, and financial stewardship while driving scalable growth across hospitals and clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, finance, human resources, supply chain, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise applications, digital transformation, ERP, or large-scale programs.
• Experience with Workday domains (HCM, Financials, etc.) and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year Workday roadmap and governance across HR, finance, and operations.
• Direct implementations, expansions, and optimization from planning to operations.
• Manage budgets, resource plans, and value realization metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
• Ensure privacy, security, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
