Job summary

Grady Health System is seeking a Sr. Application Analyst for Workday Supply Chain to partner with stakeholders and shape scalable SCM processes.

You will design, configure, implement, and support Workday SCM modules such as Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, and Supplier Contracts, delivering secure, maintainable solutions. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, hands-on configuration and testing, and the ability to translate business needs into effective Workday solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Five+ years of Workday Supply Chain experience in healthcare.
• Three+ years configuring Workday SCM areas: P2P, Inventory, Supplier Contracts, Sourcing.
• Experience with Workday Finance touchpoints and SCM interdependencies.
• Ability to translate requirements into Workday solutions and drive improvements.
• Proactive, independent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday solutions.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and EIB data loads with Workday framework.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Supply Chain and security.
• Consult with Supply Chain leaders, gather requirements, provide solutions and analysis.
• Understand business needs and evaluate Workday capabilities for improvements.
• Lead implementation strategy including configuration, testing, docs, change management and training.
• Act as primary contact for Workday SCM and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate across departments to assess configuration feasibility and impacts.
• Research and develop innovative solutions supporting strategic initiatives.
• Provide support for incidents, data requests, reporting and analytics.
• Assist testing solutions, integrations, security, events, and audits.
