Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in HR systems, HRIS implementations, data analytics, or related tech role.
• Led Workday implementations with strategy, design, and delivery.
• Strong data governance, security, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration from UKG to Workday across modules and processes.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance to align objectives and deliver milestones.
• Redesign UKG processes into a future-state Workday operating model.
• Develop testing strategies including UAT and integration testing.
• Oversee data conversion, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Build Workday reports and dashboards for leadership.
