Maryland Environmental Service in Millersville, MD, is seeking a Workday Specialist/Principal/Architect to lead the implementation and optimization of Workday solutions. You will oversee configurations, design business processes, and ensure alignment across HCM, Finance, Security, and Procurement modules.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, strong project management, and the ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to completion.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday implementation and architecture, with a focus on HCM, Finance, Security, and Procurement modules.
• Extensive experience with Workday configuration, business process design, and system architecture.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion.
• Workday certification(s) in HCM, Finance, Security, and/or Procurement is highly desirable.
• Any offer of employment will be contingent upon successfully completing required pre-employment screens, to include full background check, drug & alcohol screening, and position appropriate physical.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
