Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Recruiting and HCM modules.
• Analyze the existing Workday environment and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support revitalization and transformation initiatives focused on system effectiveness and user experience.
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams and external consultants to design and implement Workday solutions.
• Translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions and provide recommendations.
