Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday HCM/Talent Architect in Minnesota to lead advisory teams delivering cloud-based data-reporting operations integrating finance, analytics, planning and HR. You will architect the Workday HCM solution, manage budgets, mentor staff, and drive client workshops to gather requirements and deliver industry-leading Workday implementations.

Qualifications

Workday Partner Certification is required.
Minimum of 3 years of consulting or client-side experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
Minimum of 3 years of working in HCM Functional experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

Manage teams in identifying business requirements, functional design and process design.
Architect Workday HCM solution to ensure cohesive work streams and cross-functional impacts.
Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
Architect statements of work and/or client proposals.
Architect and manage vendor relationships.
Lead workshops for client education.
Manage resources and budget on client projects.
Serve as escalation point for critical functional issue resolution.
Provide SME input to strategic decisions on the functional solution.
Lead, mentor and manage performance metrics of project staff.
Conduct working sessions with clients to gather and analyze requirements.
Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
