Job summary

Turn2Partners seeks a Workday specialist to lead configuration, enhancement, and optimization of the Workday platform across Core HCM and related modules in a hybrid Washington, DC environment.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and IT to design scalable Workday solutions, configure business processes, security, and calculated fields, and develop advanced reports and analytics to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and optimizing Workday Core HCM and related modules.
• Ability to design scalable Workday business processes, security models, and organizational structures.
• Proven ability to develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, enhancement, and optimization of the Workday platform across Core HCM and related modules.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and IT to design scalable Workday solutions.
• Configure business processes, security, calculated fields, notifications, and org structures.
• Develop advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.
• Support and troubleshoot integrations with internal teams and vendors.
• Manage Workday releases, testing, documentation, and post-production support while driving process improvements.
