Job summary

Public Consulting Group seeks an HRIS Analyst to support Workday HRIS configurations, data validation, and reporting. You will act as a key resource for Tier 1/2 support and partner with HR and IT to resolve issues and optimize processes.

Responsibilities include testing, Open Enrollment, performance management, and dashboard development. The role emphasizes data accuracy, cross‑functional collaboration, and process improvements in a public sector setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology/HRIS or related field required.
• 2+ years of HRIS/Workday experience and data integrity focus.
• Experience configuring Workday modules and reports.
• Strong analytical, testing and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs data validation, auditing, and reporting to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintains Workday configuration, workflows, and dashboards.
• Provides Tier 1 and 2 HRIS support and resolves user inquiries.
• Supports Open Enrollment and performance/compensation processes.
• Test, document, and implement system enhancements and improvements.
