Job summary

Artifintech seeks an experienced Workday Solution Architect to lead design, architecture, and implementation of Workday HCM solutions globally. You will drive end-to-end architecture, security, reporting, and HR transformation initiatives, collaborating with partners and cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, strong governance, and a track record across multiple modules and integrations.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Workday architecture and HCM solutions.
• Experience with multiple Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Payroll).
• Strong knowledge of Workday Security Framework and governance.
• Proven ability to lead HR transformation programs across global organizations.
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party systems (SAP, Oracle, ADP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday solution architecture for HCM transformation programs.
• Design and implement Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll.
• Gather and translate business requirements into Workday solution designs.
• Configure and optimize Workday business processes, organizations, security, and workflows.
• Architect Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design and implement security models, roles, and segregation of duties controls.
• Define data conversion, migration, and reconciliation strategies.
• Provide architectural guidance on Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Ensure alignment between Workday capabilities and business objectives.
• Conduct solution reviews and establish governance standards.
• Support Workday releases, impact assessments, testing, and adoption activities.
• Collaborate with implementation partners and cross-functional technical teams.
• Drive performance optimization, compliance, scalability, and system stability initiatives.
• Mentor functional consultants, analysts, and technical teams on Workday best practices.

We are looking for an experienced Workday Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Workday HCM solutions across global organizations. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Workday architecture, business process design, integrations, security, reporting, and HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Workday solution architecture for HCM transformation programs.
• Design and implement Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, and other Workday modules.

• Experience designing and implementing Workday Integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Knowledge of Workday Extend and Workday Prism Analytics is preferred.
• Experience with enterprise HR transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party systems such as SAP, Oracle, ADP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Identity Management platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing architecture governance and solution reviews.
