Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday Developer / Technical Architect with 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development, Workday HCM implementation, integration architecture, and system modernization. The candidate will be responsible for leading complex Workday implementations, designing scalable integrations, optimizing business processes, and providing technical leadership across enterprise Workday environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, upgrades, and enterprise integration projects.

Design and architect complex Workday integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.

Provide technical leadership for Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management modules.

Develop advanced integrations using SOAP, REST APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Workday Web Services.

Architect inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party enterprise applications.

Design and implement complex business processes, approval workflows, and security configurations.

Develop advanced, composite, matrix, and trending reports using Workday Report Writer.

Create complex calculated fields and optimize reporting performance.

Lead data conversion, migration, transformation, and validation activities.

Implement Workday security frameworks, domain security policies, and role-based access controls.

Drive Workday Extend and Orchestrate initiatives for enterprise automation.

Integrate Workday with SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, ADP, and other enterprise platforms.

Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, system testing, and deployment activities.

Manage production support, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.

Mentor junior developers, integration consultants, and technical team members.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.
