Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC in Dallas, Texas seeks an experienced Workday Solution Architect to lead design, architecture, and implementation of global Workday HCM solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in Workday modules, security, integrations, reporting, and HR transformation, with hands-on experience in EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs. You will guide cross-functional teams and drive scalable, secure HR platforms.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Workday architecture and implementation.
• Experience across multiple Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Payroll).
• Hands-on experience with Workday Security Framework and Workday Business Process Framework.
• Strong knowledge of Workday reporting (Composite Reports, Matrix Reports) and dashboards.
• Experience designing Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, APIs).
• Familiarity with Workday Extend and Prism Analytics is preferred.
• Experience integrating Workday with SAP, Oracle, ADP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, identity platforms.
• TOGAF/Agile/SAFe or PMP certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday solution architecture for HCM transformation programs.
• Design and implement Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, and other Workday modules.
• Gather and translate business requirements into Workday solution designs.
• Configure and optimize Workday business processes, organizations, security, and workflows.
• Architect Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and APIs.
• Design and implement security models, roles, domains, and segregation of duties controls.
• Define data conversion, migration, and reconciliation strategies.
• Provide architectural guidance on Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Ensure alignment between Workday capabilities and business objectives.
• Collaborate with implementation partners and cross-functional technical teams.
• Drive performance optimization, compliance, scalability, and system stability initiatives.
• Mentor functional consultants, analysts, and technical teams on Workday best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong expertise in Workday HCM architecture and implementation.

• Experience integrating Workday with third-party systems such as SAP, Oracle, ADP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Identity Management platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing architecture governance and solution reviews.
