We’re supporting one of our key biopharmaceutical clients in identifying an experienced Workday Reporting & Dashboard Consultant for a focused 3‑month engagement. This role sits within Business Technology/HRIS and focuses on reporting, dashboards, Workday Hub configuration, data validation, and security—not HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Workday dashboards, custom reports, and analytics.
• Configure and roll out Workday Hubs to centralise reporting access.
• Gather and document reporting requirements with stakeholders.
• Perform data validation, testing, and support UAT activities.
• Adjust and maintain Workday security groups and role‑based access.
• Troubleshoot reporting, dashboard, and security issues.
• Prepare design documentation, configuration notes, and test scripts.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal Workday/HRIS teams.
