HireTalent is seeking a Workday reporting expert to turn a sprawling reporting environment into a governed, self-service analytics experience. This remote US role operates Monday–Friday with flexible ET hours.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday reporting solutions, creating calculated fields, and building dashboards and discovery boards for HR leaders and partners. Join a team focused on governance and enterprise reporting consolidation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining Workday Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets.
• Strong understanding of Workday security and data access models.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.

Client’s HR Reporting & Analytics team needs a Workday reporting expert to help turn a sprawling reporting environment into a governed, self-service analytics experience.

Location: Remote (US) | Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CT (flexible for ET time zones)

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday reporting solutions.
• Create calculated fields and complex reporting logic to meet business requirements.
• Design and build Workday Dashboards and Discovery Boards that provide actionable insights for HR leaders and business partners.
• Consolidate reports into standardized enterprise solutions.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining Workday Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets.
• Strong understanding of Workday security and data access models.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.

Nice to have:

• Workday Reporting Certification
• Exposure to Power BI, data visualization
