• The manager is seeking a true Workday Reporting expert with extensive hands‑on experience in: Advanced Reports (highest priority)

Candidates must be comfortable entering an existing environment and understanding the downstream impact of report changes before making modifications.

Critical HR Functional Knowledge

The most technically challenging reporting areas today are Compensation and Benefits reporting.

Governance & Security

• This role will be heavily involved in: Reviewing Workday security groups
• Validating report access and audiences
• Assisting with audit‑related activities
• Supporting governance improvements

Current report governance is not fully mature, creating an opportunity for this individual to help establish structure and best practices.

Stakeholder Interaction

Success will require significant interaction with HR stakeholders.
