You will handle downstream impact assessments, optimize Compensation/Benefits reporting, and work alongside a Power BI team while bringing AI-enabled efficiency to reporting processes.

Formación

• Strong experience with HR reporting within Workday: Talent Management and Compensation.
• Comfortable entering an existing environment and understanding downstream impact of report changes.
• Ability to navigate an unstructured reporting environment and establish structure.
