Invisors is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver Workday Recruiting solutions for our client engagements. You will lead client conversations, configure recruiting solutions, and mentor junior consultants within a fast-paced environment.

As a full-time W2 role based in the United States, you will contribute to internal process improvements and growth of the organization while collaborating with the HCM practice to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration experience.
• Interest in Workday Paradox.
• Workday implementation/project experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About this Role

As an Invisors Workday Recruiting Senior Consultant, you will partner with clients to deliver Workday Recruiting solutions and implementations. You’ll lead client conversations, solve complex business challenges, mentor junior consultants, and play a key role in delivering successful project outcomes. In addition to client work, you will contribute internally to help improve processes and support the growth of the organization.

Location & Employment Requirements

• Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States, as this role supports client engagements that require consultants to be U.S.-based.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Invisors will not sponsor employment-based visas for this position.

• This is a full-time W2 position only. Invisors does not offer C2C arrangements or contract opportunities.
