Job summary

Invisors is seeking a Workday Recruiting Senior Consultant to partner with clients, lead requirements and design sessions, and deliver recruiting solutions. The role involves mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal process improvements.

You will work in a client-facing capacity, guiding projects, and collaborating with the HCM practice to ensure successful outcomes. This is a full-time W2 United States-based position requiring US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Paradox.
• Workday implementation/project experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and client-facing communication.

About this Role

As an Invisors Workday Recruiting Senior Consultant, you will partner with clients to deliver Workday Recruiting solutions and implementations. You’ll lead client conversations, solve complex business challenges, mentor junior consultants, and play a key role in delivering successful project outcomes. In addition to client work, you will contribute internally to help improve processes and support the growth of the organization.

Location & Employment Requirements

Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States, as this role supports client engagements that require consultants to be U.S.-based. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Invisors will not sponsor employment‑based visas for this position. This is a full‑time W2 position only. Invisors does not offer C2C arrangements or contract opportunities.
