Job summary

Invisors in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant for Workday Recruiting to partner with clients, lead requirements sessions, configure and deliver Workday Recruiting solutions, and mentor junior consultants. You’ll influence project outcomes and contribute to internal process improvements.

Must have 4+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration, strong Excel and client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration experience.
• Interest in Workday Paradox.
• Workday implementation/project experience.
• Strong Excel skills and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead client requirements and design sessions independently.
• Configure and deliver Workday Recruiting solutions.
• Support and guide consultants on project work under architect leadership.
• Mentor junior team members within the HCM practice.
• Proactively support leadership and contribute to internal team initiatives.
