Live Nation Entertainment Inc. is seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting Contractor to support project-based configuration work within Workday Recruiting.

You will design, configure, and test features such as offer letters, job boards, and requisition templates to optimize recruiting operations. The ideal candidate has deep Workday Recruiting expertise, understands downstream hire-to-retire impacts, and can move quickly in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience in Workday Recruiting.
• Experience configuring offer letters, job boards, and requisitions.
• Strong understanding of Workday security, condition rules, and calculated fields for Recruiting.
• Experience in project-based or consulting environments with good documentation.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects in a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and deploy updates in Workday Recruiting, including offer letters and job boards.
• Build and maintain recruiting-related business processes, notifications, and conditions.
• Ensure configurations align with compliance, branding, and standards.
• Participate in initiatives like new offer letter formats and job board enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR partners and external vendors to define requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans for new configurations.
• Document decisions, processes, and user instructions.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support to HRIS/HR teams.
