Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting Contractor to support project-based configuration work within the Workday Recruiting product. This individual will focus on system design, configuration, and testing of features related to offer letters, job boards, requisition templates, and other recruiting-related components.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience in Workday Recruiting.
• Experience configuring: offer letter templates, external and internal job board integrations, job requisition templates and related business processes.
• Strong understanding of Workday security, condition rules, and calculated fields as they relate to Recruiting.
• Experience working in project-based or consulting environments, with strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple projects.
• Prior experience in a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and deploy updates in Workday Recruiting, including offer letter templates, job requisition setups, and job board integrations.
• Build and maintain recruiting-related business processes, notifications, and condition rules.
• Ensure configurations follow best practices and align with compliance, branding, and operational standards.
• Participate in Workday Recruiting initiatives (e.g., new offer letter formats, job board enhancements, recruiting process streamlining).
• Collaborate with HR partners, Talent Acquisition, and external vendors to define requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans for new configurations and updates.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution to stakeholders.
• Document configuration decisions, business process flows, and user instructions.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal HRIS or HR teams, as needed.
