Job summary

Avalara is seeking a senior technical leader to design, configure, and optimize Workday Recruiting and its integrations. You will own end-to-end solution design, drive system strategy, and lead cross‑functional initiatives with Paradox, BrightHire, and HiredScore to support talent acquisition and business goals.

As a partner to Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and external vendors, you’ll elevate recruiting systems, improve data integrity, automate AI-driven screening and scheduling, and deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HRIS, Talent Acquisition Technology, or enterprise systems roles
• 5+ years of Hands-on Workday configuration with deep expertise in Workday Recruiting
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruiting process design
• Experience analyzing complex talent acquisition problems and delivering scalable system solutions

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Recruiting solution design across sourcing, candidate management, interview scheduling, offers and onboarding handoff
• Architect and optimize integrations between Workday Recruiting and Paradox, BrightHire, and HiredScore
• Translate complex business problems into scalable system solutions
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and external vendors
• Ensure system testing strategy and release readiness for Workday Recruiting and connected tools
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of configurations
