Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Product Owner for Workday to lead business analysis, testing and support for Finance and HCM integrations. You will design data flows, manage stakeholder relationships and drive changes from concept through UAT and release.

The role requires a proven background in Workday Finance/HCM, Product Owner or BA experience, and strong collaboration with Finance, HR, IT and Digital Solutions teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology.
• 5 yrs of Workday Finance and HCM experience.
• Product Owner or Business Analyst experience.
• Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders, document functional requirements, map processes, identify solution options, backlog management and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience designing and executing test cases, managing UAT, validating Workday integrations and business processes, documenting results, and obtaining stakeholder signoff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in business solution analysis, testing, implementation and ongoing support for Finance and HCM Integrations.
• Coordinate testing, training and support of Workday processes and tools.
• Design integrations and data flows in/out of Workday and manage related documentation.
