United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Workday Financials Integrations Developer Consultant to lead the design and delivery of Workday integrations, ensuring high data quality and dependable data exchanges with external apps across HCM and Financial domains.

You will oversee testing, delivery, and collaboration with global teams, drive risk management, and translate requirements into robust technical designs while leading discovery sessions and delivering design artifacts.

Qualifications

• Workday Studio certification required.
• 2+ years of Workday Financials implementations.
• 2+ years of integration tools experience (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation).
• 2+ years experience with REST/SOAP web services and API-based integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of integrations from point-to-point systems and holistic interchange services for reliable data exchanges.
• Identify and solve complex business problems for integrating Workday with external applications across HCM and Financial areas.
• Lead design, build, and testing of Workday integration code including Studio, EIB and 3rd party coding.
• Oversee integration delivery and manage development processes with global resources.
• Lead discovery sessions with clients for domain-specific integrations.
• Deliver requirements and design documents to developers and ensure timelines and quality.
