Job summary

Carter's Inc. is seeking a Workday HRIS professional to lead strategy, optimization, and enablement across the Workday HCM platform in Atlanta.

You will partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to design scalable processes and dashboards that empower decision-making. Responsibilities include evaluating releases, guiding change management, delivering end-user training, and maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience or training with Workday HCM, with a focus on configuration and optimization.
• Expertise in HR operations, including Performance Management, Learning, and Talent processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required; advanced Excel skills including data validation, formulas, and pivot tables required.
• Proven ability to consult with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize Workday dashboards and processes to improve scalability, efficiency and user experience.
• Lead the design and optimization of Workday-related business processes across HR
• Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define strategy and align Workday capabilities with business goals
• Own evaluation and implementation of Workday releases, drive end-to-end deployment activities, and develop enablement materials.
