Job summary

Carter's, Inc. seeks a Workday Process Manager in Atlanta to lead dashboards, data integrity and process design for HR systems.

You will partner with HR leadership to deploy Workday releases, optimize performance cycles, and drive change management with clear training and documentation for admins and end users. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in Workday HCM, strong Excel skills, and a track record of cross-functional influence across IT and HR.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience or training with Workday HCM and configuration/optimization.
• Expertise in HR operations including Performance, Learning and Talent processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills (data validation, formulas, pivot tables).
• Ability to consult with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize dashboards (e.g., Team Performance dashboards) for real-time insights.
• Lead design and optimization of Workday processes with scalability and UX focus.
• Partner with HR leadership to align Workday capabilities with business goals.
• Maintain master data values in Workday and audit data integrity via root-cause analysis.
• Lead deployment activities for Workday releases and change management.
